What do you like best?

I love how well MOST parts of the program are written, and through extensive user feedback, every angle has been covered. There are a lot of integrations, especially payment systems, that give folks from all different countries the opportunity to use this platform. They put out updates regularly, and the code is very well written. Email support is quick to respond, generally.

What do you dislike?

The worst part about this platform is its lack of documentation. You can learn almost everything you need to know to run this system yourself in the matter for a few hours, but the documentation they do have was mostly written for older versions, is incomplete, and in broken English. The best support content was actually made by other users. The only support they have is email based, and depending on where you are located, it may take 12 to 24 hours for a response. I've also noticed a huge change in their approach to fixes and small customizations over the past 4 years, to the point that now they tend to want to charge you for nearly any customization, even if it should be a standard feature.

Selling online training webinars on a few sites, and managing a subscription based system and live-event on another.
