What do you like best?

There is both a pc and app available ( the app itself can be downloaded from an apple/android device). The ability to have your patients sign your route sheet/time sheet made it easy to keep time of your visit as well as less likely to lose valuable paperwork.

What do you dislike?

The software runs a little slow- when out in the field and seeing patients the software sometimes shuts down and if you don't save your work frequently you can often lose your work and have to start over from the beginning.

Sincere is a good overall tool for both imputing/collecting data. A lot of hospice companies I've work for have issues with collecting time sheets from there employee and/or obtaining information about there patients in real time as changes of conditions occur. Sincere lets you upload imagines, sign documents, and share between users fairly well.
