Advanced user of ALISVery user friendly, the software is simple but customizable. I like that the software can adapt to meet our needs instead of the other way around and they are regularly releasing product updates. Their customer service is great.
The existing integrations with other software are limited. However, the company is quick to respond and help if there is a need. I would like a native application for iOS/Android and Alexa integrations.
The company is very responsive and helpful in creating customized solutions to any specific challenges we encounter. The ability to use the mobile platform allows our caregivers to reduce the amount of time spent charting and spend more time with the residents for whom they care.
