What do you like best?
Your customer support is very responsive and quick. We like having the ability to manage user permissions. The UI is very easy and simple for users.
What do you dislike?
We have been with ALADVANTAGE, I think from it's beginning. We perviously used a Service Plan and MAR software developed Care and Compliance. I think was is most disappointing is the slow development and now lack of advancement in the product. Over the years we have seen new features like a variety of reports, but many companies are starting to offer mobile apps. We realize the web based software can be used on mobile devices but its just not the same as an app. We never understood why the entire space of the webpage isn't being used. The UI seems to be shrunk down. Yes we could probably zoom in to make it use the space but that just doesn't make sense.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
In the past we would use the MAR portion but we now have an eMAR service provided by our phamracy so now we only use the Service Plan/Care Plan portion of the website and to be honest we are searching for another option that would offer more up to date software to log ADLs and create service plans. Our employees carry iphones on them for our emergency call system and would like them to be able to simply log ADLs from those devices.
