Advanced user of Micro Focus Business Process Monitoring (BPM)Availability of load runner for recording and creating multi step transaction based scripts along with the support for truclient script is the greatest advantage of this tool for onpremise/SaaS customers.
The dashboard/reporting capability is not meeting the expectations as it is out of par in comparison with what the recent tools in this segment are offering. Also, the UI is not user friendly and is not looking great unlike the new set to tools that are currently available in market.
The load runner scripts are very easy to be created and the deployment is very simple but yet, the reporting capabilities and the UI are quite outdated.
We are using BPM to track the availability and response time of individual business transactions as well as the key transactions of a web application and to proactively send the notification in case the elapsed time took more time or if the transaction is unavailable.
