its a good product that resolves most performance issues

What do you like best?

user friendly. helps with resolving many performance related issues by showing graphical images of what is actually happening on the database. very easy to navigate

What do you dislike?

difficulty with installation. the installation document can be simplified to help new dbas perform the installs without any supervision. location of needed tabs could also be more exposed to help address issues.
