What do you like best?
I like the feature to get multiple results of the candidate from monster, dice, and CareerBuilder etc. Job diva making the recruitment process very easy. It's very easy to use.
I really like the user interface of job diva.
Even a fresher can easily understand the whole process of job diva in a short time.
I like the notes facility in that. we can easily find the candidate even if we remember anything about our last note.
We can send resumes/candidates to our team from job diva email merge.
Email merge feature helps a lot for the recruiter to easily get in touch with candidates.
It is user-friendly.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it's slowed down during BI reports fetching. And in reports J1 section there is only limit of 1-year duration fro report. They can improve the job diva by adding an option to auto-download the resume when we open it from different job boards.
The theme option should be there with an attractive interface.
There should be an option for direct calling from the jobdiva instead of calling from any other software.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am getting a very good candidate search in job diva. It's helping me a lot to get all reports easily. Like #submission, #interviews, #Hires. And through this, we can easily schedule the reports on the exact date and time.
It's making our task very easier.
