I like that Diamond allows you to have work approved by the right people. It gives visibility to the approval chain.

What do you dislike?

The time it takes to log in and be verified.

Every time you log in it will take time. Be mindful that the process of verification will be long.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Using it to upload documents and sign of on them. It's the only tool we have to do that process.
