Funnel is a must-have admissions CRM
What do you like best?
There's lots of things to like about Funnel.
The product is top-notch, featuring a sleek design, loads of features, and all very user friendly (on both the school and family facing sides). It has all the features of the bigger admissions CRMs without being overly complex or unwieldy. It's actually a joy for me to log on to Funnel each day and monitor lead progress, dash out a quick email, add to my tasks list and record notes in lead files.
The customer / client service is beyond anything you will experience with any other CRM platform. The whole team, starting with Jamie (US Sales Manager) is professional, ultra-responsive...and just downright fun to work with! Jamie is brilliant in his role - every issue or request is responded to nearly immediately. I've been with Funnel for a year and already Jamie and I have worked together to introduce several new features to the product, based on my needs and requests. You'll never get that level of partnership and customization with the bigger CRMs. And any fix that cannot be implemented right away by the development team, Jamie finds a way to solve himself. He's basically the MacGyver of client support! He once taught himself how to build macros in order to accommodate a specific export request I had. Jamie and his team are 100% top-notch.
What do you dislike?
This is a smaller, more bespoke CRM, so doesn't have quite as many bells & whistles as the bigger guys in the CRM world. But the payoff is that it is simple and straightforward to use.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Funnel gives us a way to manage all of our leads relationships in one centralized place. No more collating numerous Excel spreadsheets in order to track things. Funnel allows us to track key indicators, compare stats year-to-year, manage relationships, and create events with ease.
