A modern enrollment management platform, solving long-standing admissions CRM challenges

What do you like best?

The modern interface and flexibility for my end-users. Element451 is also a comprehensive enrollment management and marketing platform, not just a CRM. The platform aggregates data from across many platforms and channels allowing a truly unified enrollment management experience. Element451 will likely replace several other vendors/partners as additional feature in development are released.

What do you dislike?

My institution served as a development partner (Lighthouse Program) institution. As such, we've worked very closely with them to resolve issues and develop new features to meet our needs, all of which are bundled into finished releases/updates.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We were using an older CRM based on dated business centered processes. As Element451 was built from the group up to solve enrollment management issues in the 21st century, integrations with 3rd party vendors and our own student SIS systems have been great.

In addition end-users find the interface easier and more intuitive than our prior conversations.
