What do you like best?
The technical docs are really good, but the support when you need it is live and fast. On several occasions we have had issues and to get live chat support and solutions quickly is great. The admin dashboard is easy to use too.
What do you dislike?
Nothing, it really is the best PC lookup service i have used.

Support is often overlooked, my experience when needing help has been really positive. To me, i value this more than anything and it's not like I am a novice developer, I have 25 years JS experience, but sometimes its not code that is the issue, it is the little things where their experience withi others users, just meanas they provide solutions you may not have considered.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Speed of checkout, customers expect an address lookup these days, but we wanted something simple and light weight that was easy to customize. This solution integrated into our existing site very easily.
