What do you like best?

Visibility of layout from menu items. The log in screen is easily late four and understood.

What do you dislike?

The options within the layout are not set up for someone with limited knowledge. The screen options are confusing if your still learning. It take much time to learn.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Spend time getting to know the system, it's not helpful unless you understand where everything is and how it can be used.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has slowed down order times because of not being able to spit checks and understand the steps to do this and other simple actions. Also when ordering multiple menu items, you cannot attach the customers items to be printed out together and delivered together.
