A well-organized group communication through topics layer.
What do you like best?
The communication tree allows any group member to have visibility of all open topics in the group. It' easy to navigate and there is no information loss. You get to add people in topics where you need them the most. It also keeps my notification bar clean, since I receive only relevant notifications.
It is super easy to create new topics.
What do you dislike?
Logic how the group can be deleted and voting options on conclusion. They should add more ways to it.

If we have a complex project or decision to make we break down the communication through smaller pieces using topics. It allows us not to mix the communication in the group and easily find what we need. This is very useful if you are working on something in the longterm.
Fast onboarding of new team members. You just add them in the group and they easily pick up on conversations in topics.
Ability to reach team decisions, or summarize meeting notes. It creates alignment among my team. We make decisions together.
Superfast ability to change decisions without mail threads, or endless chat.
We can even share them with others in the company through the knowledge base.
I am able to chat in more topics at the same time. I am really contributing to my company with the work I do through 9mCollab.
