Advanced user of 9mCollabThe communication tree allows any group member to have visibility of all open topics in the group. It' easy to navigate and there is no information loss. You get to add people in topics where you need them the most. It also keeps my notification bar clean, since I receive only relevant notifications.
It is super easy to create new topics.
Logic how the group can be deleted and voting options on conclusion. They should add more ways to it.

If we have a complex project or decision to make we break down the communication through smaller pieces using topics. It allows us not to mix the communication in the group and easily find what we need. This is very useful if you are working on something in the longterm.
