What do you like best?
I like that it is a great software for startup businesses not just large established companies. I am able to trust 9 spokes to protect my personal information as it has great reviews and experts willing to offer additional assistance just by going to their webpage a few clicks away. Also it offers a free trial for anyone to use
What do you dislike?
The website is misleading as it clearly states it is a free app for anyone to us, but actually it only offers a free trial as most business apps already do, however their price never changes which isn't necessarily a bad thing if you're ready to invest

The website itself looks difficult to use at first but they offer a chat where a live rep can help with any questions

This app offers the right tools for a business starting off. I am able to connect all my business apps to 9 spokes and it even offers recommendations on which app suits your enterprise.
