What do you like best?

The customization of the consumer experience is well executed and offers a great deal of variety. This works especially well as you look to have the UX guided by more sophisticated behaviors.

What do you dislike?

There is a learning curb, as with any software. Merkle makes for a great partner in doing so, but don't go in assuming it won't require any leg work.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you feel you are missing out on delivering a better customer experience, you probably are! Find a partner that you can trust to get your data inline with your consumer strategy. Merkle, at least for us, was that partner.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The data driven approach they advertise bodes well for our goals in continually improving our UX. We can make decisions based off of real, actionable data.
