What do you like best?

It is an unbiased and reasonable service, web application, solution, and job, and definitely pays for the work been completed. It is an easy, simple, quick, effective job. It is a good beginning for people who do not have any experience. It does not charge anything to register and work. It does not require any computation, creativity, analytical, or logical reasoning skills and abilities.

It needs one to use only his/her eyes and fingers, work within time constraints, and accuracy, precision, and consistency.

There is no physical and mental stress, strain, or pain as it does not require one to be creative and think much.

What do you dislike?

The job is a difficult one and definitely the pay is very low. The job is hard as the same task is to be done over and over again without any changes to some, thousands of times, which could be boring, requiring the workers to put lots of effort. It's acceptable as the nature of the job itself is so, which they have clearly stated it.

It takes a lot of time and patience for a worker to earn even the least amount of pay per day. Most of the time, the 2Captcha web application takes much of the loading time (in seconds).

They should definitely increase the pay at least to some extent. The job is doable, however, should be paid well.

They should support more and different types of payment methods to pay their workers.

It does not have a native dark or night mode option to enable, as I work mostly at night and the white background glare irritates my eyes.

The workers' software is not compatible or does not support different distros of Linux, and Unix, as I use Ubuntu (one of the Linux distros) client OS and I need the software.

Yes, any beginner looking for a job, remote, or even a work-from-home job, to meet his/her basic needs can register and work on their platform.

The ways to earn more are, install their workers' software on your device to get a flat high earning or work during peak times every day per US time zone OR work hard for long hours making it a routine.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a worker, the job has sharpened my vision, improved my ability to describe the letters, numbers, figures, compare, analyze, and decide accordingly. It has increased my typing speed. It has made me be aware of all the characters, numbers, fonts' different sizes, shapes, designs, and styles.

The job can be considered as a simple and easy challenge or a game, which gives workers excitement and thrill to work or play!

Businesses and customers benefit from it by not typing time-consuming captchas, which are outsourced to workers to do so for pay in return.

To me, it is completely a B2B web application or software.
