So-so platform for Social Listening

What do you like best?

Their daily reports which gets delivered through e-mail every morning, that is written by analysts, which makes it convenient for the organisation to keep track of what's going on. It's an add-on service.

What do you dislike?

Quite a high amount of 'noise' and irrelevant buzz gets picked up by 1-social, their dashboard is not as user-friendly or useful as other services. And because of the daily reports, most users don't access the 1-social dashboard, 1-Social probably doesn't spend as much resources to make it a great dashboard.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

1-social scans the online environment to listen to what people are saying about the brand. Would personally prefer to use another dashboard, but company is using this one because of a bulk-purchase deal.
