Zylo is more than a SaaS subscription management tool!
What do you like best?
The software is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Zylos process of gathering contract and spend data is surprisingly fast and largely hands off for the customer. The Zylo team is extremely proactive scheduling status meetings and working with you to not only ensure that the data in the application is accurate and complete but that training is in place to ensure you are maximizing use of the tool. One of the biggest surprises for us was the support and guidance Zylo has provided with renewals and year end budgeting. They have a broad knowledge of SaaS products and have been been able to provide guidance pertaining to overlapping products, low usage and reporting to assist in making renewal and budget decisions.
What do you dislike?
This isn't a dislike of the software, but more of a challenge on our end utilizing all the benefits that Zylo is able offer. One feature that Zylo is working on is the ability to export reports into excel.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Zylo has provided us visibility into SaaS spend that was often over looked such as spend happening on users personal credit cards and being expensed. In some occasions users were buying single license subscriptions to products we have a corporate subscription for so we have been able to consolidate these licenses and spend. Zylo is also going to assist with year end budgeting.
