Reporting, UI intuitiveness and SEO suggestions. Ability to setup and track effective customer advocate KPIs. It's cloud hosted and well integrated with rest of the applications. Powerful platform with sufficient features for better use cases.

What do you dislike?

Certain UI issues cause poor experience. SEO needs to be enhanced to better serve user experience and customer advocacy insights can be improved.
