What do you like best?

The software is intuitive and very useful. In the rare instances we can't figure something out on our own (again, it's intuitive), their support staff is quick with a resolution.Effective system easy to implement and operate in just few hours.

What do you dislike?

I dont really see any problem in using zoomgrants.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

A couple of people may not be enough to manage the entire grantmaking process. With ZoomGrants, you can have as many personnel on board, as the software supports unlimited users. The unlimited amount applies to the applications received by the organization as well, so every interested group or individual can express their interest.
