What do you like best?

The readability of complex data is so simple with the illustration of different graphical charts and bars. Software can be integrated easily with the in house applications and services. The work process flow can be automated in order to increase efficiency and reduce time. Other features involved are data sharpening, real time data visualization, and big data exploration.

What do you dislike?

Only desktop or web based versions of software of zoom data is available. Their are no SQL database available. The software is only meant for small enterprises which sets huge drawback for medium or large enterprises. The software is not available for free to users.

It requires less effort in understanding and using software. The software provides finest customer services and support to the users through online or over phone.
