A solid and basic email system, but be warned you get what you pay for.
What do you like best?
The ease of use and ability to dive in makes it quick to adopt, support is freely available but there can be a language barrier at times being based in India. That is not to say the willingness to help isn't there, just communication can sometimes pose a problem. There is also a good solid set of templates made available to get you started.
The hosted media library is also very handy when working within teams as it allows you to all use the same assets.
What do you dislike?
Limited functionality that is just expected, this includes HTML packaging, creation, and often you can spend more time debugging your campaign than creating the content. I would also be cautious of the simple fact that Zoho mail seems to bounce/server rejected more often than the more established suppliers. Some of the finer control details such as segmentation etc. can at times be basic and not fully featured.
List management is also not as optimised as more mature systems but provides a good solid foundation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A good starting campaign system but it is important to realise its limitations early on. Otherwise you can invest a lot of time and energy into an email campaign system that you will very quickly outgrow. I would look to engage with a consultant if unsure, as the one off cost for a consultancy session will far outweigh any additional costs of having to move systems prematurely etc.

Quick, simple messaging is easily achieved through Zoho Campaigns, but id look elsewhere for more complex campaigning needs.
Zoho campaigns is a great tool for basic simple messaging but it would fall short should you wish to do more transactional email campaigns etc.
Zoho reporting allows us an easy to manage reporting system that is fed directly from the Campaigns module, this greatly speeds up cross channel analytics and the ability to create responsive reports.
