Ziflow

What do you like best?

Ziflow is very intuitive and easy to use and has been indispensable for remote work this past year. Ziflow allows us to get proofs to anyone who needs to review them quickly and easily. Their support team might be the best I've ever worked with - if there is ever an issue, they respond almost immediately and are diligent at resolving problems quickly and keeping us updated on their progress.

Being able to share proofs with non-users is also a huge benefit. During a year when normal work life went by the wayside, it was very helpful to have an easy, consistant way to share proofs and collaborate with collegues. We had begun using Ziflow prior to going fully remote in 2020, so our users were already familiar with digital proofs, and it made our transition so much easier since we really didn't have to adjust our workflow.

What do you dislike?

Hard to think of any - our less technically savvy users took a little longer to get up to speed. Occasionally Ziflow has gone down, or we've encountered errors, but their support team is unbelievably quick to respond and resolve any issues.

Ziflow doesn't give our users as clear or tangible of a markup as we had when we reviewed hard copies, however I feel that the benefits of Ziflow far out-weigh any shortcomings.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ziflow has replaced our hard copy proofs and also allowed us to collaborate seamlessly when we went remote last year. Ziflow has allowed us to work more quickly and efficiently and has cut down on our use of paper.
