Advanced user of ZephyrZephyr facilities growth for any team that relies on testing iterations in JIRA. The ability to track sprints and to keep each member of a team on point with deadlines, with file sharing and more are great. If you are note sure about using Zephyr, be sure to start off with a trial version and get a sense of how much it will help your dev team. There are a lot of resources online to help you find the best of the many features offered in Zephyr.
Some of the more in-depth functions are not as intuitive as they could be, but the customer service team is very helpful. The price point for enterprise use is a bit daunting, but you get what you pay for, same as with any other software.
JIRA functionality here is amazing. Use for small teams is best, though it scales as needed.
