Great tool, lots of learning curves

What do you like best?

This tool is fantastic for record retention. It is easy to navigate and used along with the web interface is great for our user base.

What do you dislike?

I dislike the learning curve with this tool. There are so many "nuances" to learn about it that it has taken us a good year to learn the tool and I still feel as though it is only an intermediate level of knowledge. Reports are AWFUL. They are not easy to create and the ones that came "in the box" are not super useful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I highly recommend spending the time to take training from the Company. Trying to learn it based on their documentation/manuals is not sufficient. Especially if you plan on trying to pull reports.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed a database to house or Company record information. We use it to track where our boxes are located (which vendor), what boxes are checked out and to whom, what boxes need to be destroyed, and approvals.
