What do you like best?
The software is easy to use for staff and study subjects. Confirmation reports are concise and prompt. Frequent updates have continued to improve usability. Support desk is professional and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike?
Not too many issues. Password resets that have to be done so not seem to carry from the web portal to the eCOA so having to reset them again takes a little extra time.

It's top notch for staff and subjects from various education levels. Highly recommended.

This is one of the better eDiary systems we have used. No complaints so far. I've used this twice in the past 2 years.
