What do you like best?

Working with YouTeam I do not have to do any logistics involved in finding and managing the external resources I am using. They really remove most of the obstacles of contracting external people. Without them I would have never got into finding external contractors...

What do you dislike?

The invoice/management platform could be improved but it does what it is suppose to do.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Paperwork and Logistics for searching and setting up contracts with 3rd party companies/individuals can be a nightmare for a small company that does not have a dedicated HR.

Also, they provide the right pool of people that we can always dip into when I need a job done.
