Yardi Breeze is a great platform for Senior Living Communities

What do you like best?

I like the convienience of having all resident and unit information all in one place. I also appreciate the dashboard that opens up immediately to highlight categories like open work orders, vacancy %, open AR/AP.

What do you dislike?

I dislike that when we originally were in talks of signing up for Yardi Breeze, they were going to be coming out with an app. That was going to be so beneficial to our team, especially with work orders coming in. After signing up we were told that they will not be releasing an app.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Yardi Breeze is helping me hone in on our vacant units and know exactly what I have available when touring new prospects. It is also assisting with keeping track of not only the work orders, but the repairs/parts/appliances needed, all while having a record for budgeting purposes.
