Great communication, easy paperless forms
What do you like best?
Yapi gives our office an easy way to communicate to each other and let everyone stay in the know about what is going on in the office.
What do you dislike?
Yapi's paperless forms are a little tricky to work with, they can be glitchy, and you have to call them to make a form online every time you update it. The fact that there is a wall that does not allow us access to do that on our own is slightly annoying.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yapi is a good software for our dental office to keep doctors informed of patients needs, timing for an exam, getting patients ready in the front and sent to the back, as well as keeping track of which room each patient is in. Additionally, the paperless forms help us reduce waste by updating health histories of patients that come in and need their health histories updated by the use of our multiple ipads. We can also use Yapi to send out mass emails of good information that we think our patients would benefit from. Ragarding customer service, every time I call into Yapi, the wait time is usually pretty low and the quality, kindness, and patience the customer service representatives have for is always top notch. They are very good at what they do and are usually very knowledgable.
