Awesome System!!

What do you like best?

This is a very user-friendly software. The operating system makes navigation very simple. Training this software to new Employees is very easy as well.

What do you dislike?

The only this I dislike is the customer support. They are hard to reach that there is most times a language barrier.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This gave us the ability to micro manage our staff better. When we have so many employees that work in different locations, it's difficult to keep accurate analytics. This helped with that.
