What do you like best?
I am able to see all of my customer information and easily input data.
What do you dislike?
It's so slow. It takes forever to search. Zoom makes it hard to navigate and you can't hide columns you don't need.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
xcelerator allows me to see a directory of my customer base, sales rep stats, billing information and usage history all on the same site.
