Advanced user of XactRemodelI like the fact that once you have your pricing models in place, xactremodel will go through and update all hard costs on a preconfigured schedule. This keeps numbers current and accurate.
I am not overly pleased with the embedded 3d modeling software. A bit clunky and very minimal features.
Able to quickly and accurately qualify bids and approve contracts knowing costs line up with scope.
