What do you like best?

This system is incredible for preparing building estimated with materials and labor costs specific to any area of the country. So speicific with detailed line items and building labor. I absolutely love this software.

What do you dislike?

It can be slow if you need to integrate estimates with another system but it's not enough to dislike it much at all.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Rebuilding damaged properties with exact materials and labor costs needed to know what it will cost to put a home or building back to it's original form prior to a loss . Also using it to provide personal property teplacement costs and depreciation costs.

I've realized the tool is instrumental in doing insurance claims payputs
