What do you like best?

It's easy to use and has a lot of options immediately available, but the best feature is the support. The WPForms team really do help users to get the most out of their product. On a recent project, with a similarly-priced but unrelated plugin, every answer to every question was basically 'give us more money'. With WPForms you get a straight answer every time, quickly, and they genuinely look at problems and see opportunities to improve the product.

What do you dislike?

There's not a lot to dislike but I suppose initially it can seem expensive. It really is worth it though, for the included features, the support, and the peace of mind that you get after working with it for a while.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's allowed me to create a very nice interface for user-generated posts, even though I'm using a custom post type which was created with a 'minority' cpt builder. It means I don't have to allow users to access the WordPress dashboard at any stage, which enhances security.

It's also saved us a ton of time.
