What do you like best?

It's very intuitive. There is no learning curve, you can easily see how many vacation days you have available, how many you have use; it's simple to request time off and to see what time co-workers will be out of the office.

What do you dislike?

I don't actually dislike anything about Workteam. The only thing I would change is have the yearly calendar appear on the home page rather than have to click on the "My Time Off" page to access it.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Just do it - very easy and simple.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has made keeping track of vacation time much easier for management of our small company and has allowed us to know ahead of time when our colleagues will be out of the office, so if we need anything from them we can get that done before they leave.
