What do you like best?
Working Papers provides you with everything you need out of an assurance and reporting tool. Everything is planned, performed and reviewed on screen. They are doing plenty to keep your tasks running efficiently but they could do a little better.
What do you dislike?
I am not a fan of some of their templates they seem a bit outdated, they could do more to bring them more up to date. Not the easiest software to learn, it will take some time to pick up, so it is not user friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As much as I think Working Papers was a good product I think there are better ones out there. It's not that easy to use either, they should make it a little more user friendly. Overall it is of really good quality it is just not too user friendly.

Mainly turning in a bunch of raw numbers into useful information for our team.
