What do you like best?

It is really easy to use - and allows us to send out beautifully formatted emails

What do you dislike?

that I cannot change a date of a record. If I accidentally enter a record on January 1, which should have been entered in December, I cannot fix it myself. WorkEtc. will do it for us, though - for a price.

we use it every month at least once to send out an eblast to our subscribers
