What do you like best?

The user-friendliness of their site and the flow and ease of the automated tasks makes the entire experience a hassle-free process. Their "Fast Lane" feature is revolutionary in its own right.

What do you dislike?

There's not much at all to dislike about what they have to offer. However, if there were something that personally didn't quite meet my expectations, it would be the lack of clarity in the information provided in the FAQ section surrounding their "what happens next" questions. It offers little reassurance to those wondering why there's a delay in funding if/when common delay factors listed are, in fact, errorless.

They offer an ultra-streamlined process for submitting quality, correct and complete applications to the Small Business Administration. Their offering drastically reduces the average wait-time an application gets approved and nearly guarantees business applicants an SBA-backed lender for whatever their business needs.
