What do you like best?

The software looks promising. Too bad it did not work

What do you dislike?

The activation key does not work and customer service is ridiculously bad. Tried calling "24/7" support and only got unrelated automated sales offers followed by "robot Emma" who asked for my problem and the company name [?!?!] and then said id did not recognize that company [Winzip, Corel, Cleverbridge] no matter what I said. Now Email customer service is refusing to refund my money even though they boasted a no-questions money-back guarantee. I'm DONE. I haven't time for this.
