This product took too long to rip DVD's, they advertise 30 day money back guarantee but when i worked with the technical team and could not fix the issue i asked for a refund and they would not do it. i had done all that was asked of me (which was a lot) and they still did not grant my money back like they advertised. They will take your money and not return it even if your not happy with the product.
There was no problems solved even with tech help. No benefits to having this product
