What do you like best?

I used this software for our gala's silent auction—the first time I'd used a software for this type of nonprofit event—and it was incredibly useful. Worked for both online and in-person bidding, which was ideal.

What do you dislike?

It was a little glitchy getting all items uploaded, but once the silent auction began it worked like a charm.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It's allowed us to automate our silent auction fundraising for events, freeing significant work time for our Development Associate on a small staff.
