Advanced user of WellnomicsWellnomics has an easy to use, easy to follow interface. It uses a clear, red/yellow/green system that is unmistakable. You can easily navigate between the desktop tools and website for more or less detail as needed. It also holds both employees and managers accountable. There is no way to create "exceptions" to the software rules set, making the program a lot more effective. The program is also highly customizable based on a particular person's work style.
There is a learning curve to using Wellnomics as workers have to adapt their work habits. There is not always complete visibility into why the score is generated the way it is. There is a limitation to the details that can be viewed by the user versus what is actually being measured. Another downside is that there is no way to "turnoff" the system for when hardware is being used for personal use.
This software has the highest ROI for companies with work cultures that put employees at risk of overwork.
Wellnomics is a great tool to ensure employee safety in the office. It places limitation on work hours and work intensity. Wellnomics is not perfect. It does seem to log time when queries are being run even the employee is not actually using the mouse or keyboard. It also seems to require a high number of updates. There isn't a lot of support offered directly to the end users. Instead you have to rely on others within the organization who are not from the Wellnomics company. It can take some time to get help since there is no one person completely dedicated to Wellnomics support.
