What do you like best?

It is a great analytical tool to gather different data points which can help your run your site efficiently. Some of the features that work great are

a) One can create customized reports to analyze user behavior and patterns

b) Create report around data logs and ability to export that in to other formats

What do you dislike?

Web trends implementation can be cumbersome if right resources are not consulted. If not done correctly, one can end up creating separate reporting profiles across functional areas. As far as usability goes, the extensions tend to sometimes drop connections when trying to go perform quick user actions

Ensure that the requirements are fleshed specific to our business needs before creating an implementation plan.
