There are few options to select, a serious lack of reporting, serious lack of assistance when anything goes wrong with the product, and a multitude of bugs in the software which cause it to crash on a daily basis.
Instant chat, support guides, bug fixes, returning customer calls for support issues....you can't have a software system that can't do the basics. It's not that it's just a bad POS system for cannabis; it's a bad software system to begin with. Extremely lacking, no possibility to pull reports with specific information, you get what you get in webjoint. Which should explain the cheaper price tag.
The only problem being solved is accepting orders quickly. The process of placing an order is simple, allowing us to intake orders and dispatch quickly.
