What do you like best?

If you need to process data via EDI and you don't want to worry about all of the back end details, then WebEDI is your provider of choice.

What do you dislike?

Currently, their interface uses Adobe Flash and can only be accessed by a client that allows Flash. Smart phones, tablets, etc. that don't allow Flash are unable to view the site. This is a problem when I'm on the road without my laptop or in a location that doesn't have WiFi.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I've been using Web EDI.com for almost 16 years. The product is very easy to use and their customer service team is very professional and responsive to the needs of their clients. In my opinion, WebEDI is the best solution to your EDI needs. My recommendation is that you stop looking elsewhere and choose WebEDI.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

95% of my customers utilize EDI as the means for transmitting their orders and for receiving invoices. The data is transmitted instantly, so my customer can receive their invoice the same day the product delivers which means I can get paid faster. It's a win win in my book
