If your company does not have adequate resources to develop test scripts in the tool, recommend subscribing to their script services program, as this will save time, as test scripts often break as your website is updated and code changes happen.
Close gaps in manual testing with automated QA. We have a very large eCommerce site with thousands of pages. It would be impossible to test everything with manual QA. Web Assurance automates that process and plugs the gaps on pages and edge cases in the customer journey that wouldn't routinely be tested.
