Scalable solution ideal for long-term backup

What do you like best?

Webair Backups-as-a-Service (BaaS) for Microsoft Office 365 is a service with great features and advantages, being that I like it mainly because it provides a high customization of the backup policies so that as users we can choose the time of the data retention, whether they come from Exchange, SharePoint and OneDrive, also grants great flexibility as it allows you to choose where we want to store our information, and also has data encryption through custom keys What gives much more security and the best thing is that it guarantees a private connection and does not charge extra charges for the transfer of data that is why in general this software is really efficient and transparent so using it to protect the most important data is a good option.

What do you dislike?

I have not found any deficiency in this software since its service is totally effective as well as its support team since it is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Forward with this software since it offers a completely flexible and secure service which allows for a better handling of the backup copies of the information of each of the services we handle daily as well as having a long-term support for a fully accessible cost.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I like the implementation of this software since it has allowed us to have a much safer and more flexible backup since we as users can decide where to store our data as well as create backup policies and the best thing is that we can recover data from multiple Services either Sharepoint / OneDrive at the same time saves us time.
