What do you dislike?

They sell you a package and do not follow through on what is promised. It takes days for anyone to reply, Once they make your site, there are so many errors that are such common sense. They left me hanging for weeks with an incomplete LIVE site. So embarrassing. Now when I ask for edits they want to charge me. Don't waste your time or money with this company. VERY VERY COOKIE CUTTER SITE

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have been emailing them for weeks on edits, I am just going to cancel at this point. This is not a professional site. They don't even check their work when done.
