What do you dislike?

Nothing at the moment. Customer service and platform performance have been solid!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The WayLit customer service is really top-notch, I feel supported and am confident that I have a team there to guide me. Immigration is only a part of my role, and I need experts there to guide me on the topic. They are there to ease the worries that many foreign nationals might have about the immigration process, and for this HR person, having them feel supported and that they can trust us on this journey is such a relief to me.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The main problems that WayLit solves for us are tracking important dates, reminders of those dates, document storage, lower stress levels of our foreign national employee population. I could go on and on! The benefits have been numerous; our employees have trust that we are being supported and guided by experts, that the platform offers transparency as to where they are in the process.
