Amazing support and ease of use!
What do you like best?
We loved the ease of use and customer support. The opt-in options and customizations around messaging are great. They've also added some great privacy features for GDPR. They also recently added AB testing functions.
What do you dislike?
There more features that we would like to see such as more refined analytics in the dashboard including 1) showing which urls users opted in from the most,. It would also be great to be able to retro-actively segment users where we can segment users who performed past actions (visited a certain url, preformed a certain action on the site) as opposed to setting up the segment and only being able to segment users who performed the action after the segment was created.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We were looking for a new high-converting channel to engage our audience and increase the quality of our traffic. Based on our analytics, referrals from Pushcrew had the highest retention and engagement. Furthermore, the segmentation features allow us to personalize our push notifications to ensure our audience is receiving tailored content. This has ultimately allowed us to reengage our audience in a new format resulting in click through rates that are much higher than the traditional email channel.
